Lindsay Skillicorn

Physiotherapist
Lindsay Skillicorn relocated from the UK to the Sea-to-Sky region in 2007, quickly discovering her love for mountain life. With a background as a ski instructor and ski patroller, Lindsay has firsthand experience with the physical demands and risks of an active lifestyle. After sustaining injuries herself and undergoing extensive rehabilitation, she gained a deep appreciation for physiotherapy’s vital role in restoring function and enabling people to fully enjoy their activities.
Lindsay earned her Masters of Physiotherapy in Scotland in 2018, followed by advanced training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She is also a certified Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) practitioner. Lindsay’s approach emphasizes manual therapy combined with individualized exercise prescription, patient education, and empowerment—helping clients take charge of their recovery.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys exploring British Columbia’s mountains on skis or foot, often accompanied by her dog and family. Her own active lifestyle enriches her understanding and commitment to helping clients regain mobility and confidence.
